We provide delivery service to all governorates across Egypt.

Once your order is placed, our team will begin preparing it for shipment. Before dispatching your order, you will receive a confirmation SMS or a phone call to verify your order details and delivery information, ensuring a smooth and timely delivery experience.

Delivery Schedule

Place your order before 10:00 AM for the earliest available dispatch. Orders may be delivered the next day in selected areas.

Please note that next-day delivery is not available in all locations and is not available on Fridays.

Standard delivery time is 2–4 business days.

If an item is temporarily unavailable or available for pre-order, delivery times may be extended. In such cases, a member of our customer service team will contact you to confirm the expected delivery date and arrange a suitable delivery time.

Payment Options

Installment Plans

Installment payment is available upon delivery. Once your order has been shipped, the shipping company will send you a message including the available financing providers, installment plans, repayment periods, and all related details, allowing you to choose the option that best suits your needs, subject to service availability.
